It starts with the work itself
Before anyone talks about AI, we sit with the team that does the work and measure it. How long it takes. How often it happens. What mistakes and delays cost. That becomes the baseline, and it has to be a baseline you agree with, because everything after it is measured against it.
It takes little of your team's time. We watch the process as it really runs, not as the procedure document says it runs, because that is where the hours hide: the lookup in a second system, the copy and paste into a template, the check that happens twice because nobody trusts the first one.
Then a working demo and a number we both trust
We build a working demo on that process, with your real inputs, and put a proposal on the table. The proposal is short and always has the same shape.
- 1Baseline
- What the process costs today, measured with your team.
- 2Target
- What changes once the agent handles it, and where people stay in the loop.
- 3Measurement
- How we will both see the difference, from data you already trust.
- 4Value
- What it is worth to the business. Not "efficiency gains". A number we both trust.
You see all of it before you commit to anything. Then you decide.
Then we deploy, and keep managing it
If you say yes, we deploy the agents where they fit your business, train the people who work with them, and keep managing them in production. Once the result is proven against the baseline, we share the value it creates.
You don't pay for hours.
You pay for a number that moved. Our fee comes from the value the agents create, so we are paid when you can see it in your numbers.
Why we can build before you pay
Because we only say yes when we're confident. Not every process makes it. The ones that do are processes where we know the numbers will move: work that repeats, eats skilled time and can be measured today.
If the system stops performing, we feel it before you do. So we keep enough control to fix it.
It keeps us honest, too. We stay on the agents for as long as they keep delivering, and as your process changes, the agents change with it.
If a process in your company eats time or money every week, tell us about it. One conversation is enough to tell whether it's a fit.
